Returns & Exchanges

At ShenanigansToys, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is free from makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
